I would rate a zero if I could. This place will not return your phone calls, you have to call them endlessly in hopes that someone might take your call. I paid these people off, then they mail me a check for overpayment "UNSIGNED" so it's useless until they can get me another one mailed out. I have gotten the endless run around with these people and it might be more likely to make contact with a new alien life form than to contact these people. This place is a joke I have a account with them I've tried to pay them for a month but they won't even answer there phone or call back I've never been more disgusted with a place in my life they are a debt collector who won't let you pay them and then your left with the bad credit
