Flexible to work with and did a good job
I found Matt of PPM via google and his website was user friendly and saw many 5* reviews. I submitted an enquiry and Matt came out shortly after to quote. He was the final of three builders to come and quote for the work; landscaping of the garden (with tight access) structural work to make way for bifolds and a garage conversion. PPM Builders come out promptly to give you an accurate quote. They take pride in their work. Their employees are polite and clean up after themselves. Matthew, the boss, communicates very well and is always professional. We had repointing carried out at the rear of our property and the front rendered in a smooth white finish. If any additional work is found they will always consult with the customer. We are so pleased with PPM Builders work, it's transformed the appearance of our house and we now feel very proud of our home.... read more
Restoring and repairing an old Victorian roof is not a simple project. We had quotes form five different companies - all offering different solutions and prices. Matt took the time to visit multiple times with his roofing experts, who work on old properties, to explain the whole process, potential risks etc. This was a time-consuming project that could have been solved faster with modern tiles and techniques.
