They are making me pay an electric bill during a time frame I didn’t even own the house.
If I could give less than one star I would. I'm not even sure why this organization has a customer service department, they are totally useless from the top down. They sent my mom a refund check two years after she was dead. Called them, they said it wasn't their problem that the estate was closed. Who sends refund checks two years after the death? Companies that don't want you to be able to cash it. Guess I'll just wait for it to go into unclaimed property.
PPL is failing their customer during a large storm related power outage, we are being told 4 day's before repairs are done and only offing a 10 bags of ice and some water REIMBURSEMENT CREDIT to a bill not yet received. People like me on very low fixed ssi can't afford this. When growing n this happens they would have a pickup location for dry ice n water to help get you through n not lose $1000.00 in food in your freezer. Every family is different with different sizes, needs and income. This just will not do PPL.
When you ask for help in Spanish the said to wait for transfer your call with someone else who speaks Spanish but that don't never happened. They make you wait minutes by minutes without response.
The worst customer service ever!! They run it like a mafia. They kept saying my payment didn't go through as a personal account when I don't own a personal account for my business and now for 1 year I have to pay cash in person. I asked for a supervisor and no one contacted me until the next month when another payment was due and when the supervisor called me he said there's nothing he can do then they want to charge me a late fee of $15.11! I escalated it again to the next supervisor which I'm still waiting for a call back.... read more
