Very unprofessional experience. After a power outage, a service crew came onto my property, cut down a tree, and left power lines resting directly on it, which feels unsafe. They also left branches and debris scattered across my yard instead of properly cleaning up, and even dumped debris along the creek bank, which could block water flow and cause issues when water levels rise. Terrible trying to get a work order completed and no communication with the homeowner whatsoever. Closed my workorder finally and did not complete the requested work because they didn't feel it was necessary but never even called me to discuss. I finally got them to make the permanent connections at my service entrance weatherhead and they took my temporary connectors with them after i specified to leave them as I paid iver $100 for them. Horrible customer service!
Rising prices, no transparency on why. No public outreach. FYI if you submit that you are "Not Satisfied" with a payment plan, you are automatically granted a 10-day grace period from the time of the website interaction. Funny how there is seemingly no notice of that option anywhere.
Zero stars for the "Breakdown of monthly bill" they have listed on their website and even a pdf file to show us EXACTLY how they over charge us every month through supply and delivery fees! WE ARE BEING OVERCHARGED BY 40% EVERY MONTH! You as a company is failing the community on a grand scale!
