Tried calling PPL to sign up for electric, on hold for over an hour now. Ridiculous. Can’t even talk to anyone.
Customer service is outsourced and doesn't care AT ALL about your needs. Just reads from a script and tells you that you are SOL.
PPL is negligent , during a power outage they left a manhole cover open I crashed and it killed my unborn from impact !
Absolutely horrific customer service . Every time you call you have to deal with being disconnected by their system or by their customer service agents . I called yesterday 5 times to speak to customer svs; waited and waited for my turn in cue , then when it looked like I was being connected to an agent , was disconnected 3 times . The other two times , first the agent decided to hang up on me ; the second time I was told to hold while the agent looked for options available to me ; she left me on hold for 45 minutes and neve... read more
Worst utility company. My power goes out all the time. You would think since their only job is transmission and no longer power generation that they would improve it. Nope. They are pitiful and I would use someone else but what choice do I have.
