My first bill was $638 when I tried to call to see why I had to listen to their recording for first 10-15 minutes. I have new anderson windows and still bill was high. Money thieves
It’s been an outage since Friday, they came today (Monday) and left us without power still. There isn’t a number we can contact as tenants only contact info from landlords or account holders. PSE&G in New Jersey would never !!!!
I have lived all over the country and PPL is by far the most utterly incompetent utility I have yet to come across. If you like being charged commercial rates for the power reliability of a third world country you'll LOVE having to cough up hard earned cash to these guys! ZERO preventative maintenance on lines in rural areas means our power goes out 40-50 times a YEAR - Constant danger to sensitive scientific instruments we use in our lab.
