It’s been an outage since Friday, they came today (Monday) and left us without power still. There isn’t a number we can contact as tenants only contact info from landlords or account holders. PSE&G in New Jersey would never !!!!
I have lived all over the country and PPL is by far the most utterly incompetent utility I have yet to come across. If you like being charged commercial rates for the power reliability of a third world country you'll LOVE having to cough up hard earned cash to these guys! ZERO preventative maintenance on lines in rural areas means our power goes out 40-50 times a YEAR - Constant danger to sensitive scientific instruments we use in our lab.

Asplundh ppls subcontractors were up by our property for the past three days trimming trees by power lines there's a tree branch hanging over a transformer and 3 power lines to 3 cabins I showed it to there supervisor he said they would cut it today that never got done and they packed up and left first of all had to find someone who spoke English the property is on springer lane Blakeslee pa pretty sad customer service but they want there bill paid on time but hire people who lie to work for them
