Ppl has a 230kv service that’s runs through my property which only requires 150 ft ROW but on my property it is 500 ft ROW. My goal was to build a house but I can’t put it where I want which makes a large section of my property completely useless. This company needs to be investigated ASAP. Everyone I know that has PPL is getting $800 to more than $1000 a month bills from this company for small two bedroom apartments. Those same apartments with UGI would probably cost you about 100 bucks a month. I'm not sure how they're able to get away with what they're doing but as a landlord, all of my tenants who have PPL are ready to move out due to the excessive amounts they are being billed from this company each month! They don’t even deserve a one star. Unprofessional customer service and if the phone service says 15 minutes waiting time be ready to wait at least 30 min and sometimes over an hour. They said average waiting time to hook up new miters is 10-14 days. That’s not true. I call them multiple times and I have my service finally hook up after 28 days. Lies, lies, lies. My waiting time was 13 min today and after one hour still waiting
They Refuse to answer their phones and their site is no help. Very unresponsive
