Awful company and awful customer service, none of whom speak English. If we could go with solar, we would. I wish I could rate them lower. They don't honor payment plans, and claim you missed a payment when you didn't and will shut off your electricity with no notice. Straight up liars.
Horrible customer service. After being on hold and waiting forever, I was transfered three times until finally disconnected. The people who answer the phone don't even try to speak clearly and when you ask them to repeat themselves they get nasty. How is it possible for a mobile home to have a bill for one month totalling over $900 and they can't provide answers
