Their automated answering system is the worse I have ever dealt with. It is very disgusting & irritating, it takes forever to be able to talk to an actual person.

I a. Still waiting for them to turn my electricity back on they told me old man when you get the 1.500.00 deposit we will think about restoring service what if I die in this heat isn't my life worth not even 1500.00 they won't work with me if I die I give you all the right to sue on my behalf

One hr, eight mins, 9 sec phone call, five different customer service representatives, three of whom did not speak English well enough to be understood, problem still not resolved. Could have been handled very easily with one email... if only PPL had an email address for their customers. One star rating is more than deserved!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I moved from one apartment to another in the same building. Apparently whoever i talked to first changed me from residential to businessm spent an hour on the phone no conclusion. Now it could take up to a month to correct this. They may want to send a representative hear to make sure it's residential. I just payed 3 years of service at my other apartment moved 4 doors down the hall somehow I became a business. I would give them zero Stars you pay your bill and they still shut your power off and I paid them 3 days ago so obviously they don't look at the accounts extremely poor customer service so now I have to call them tell them to look at the account and then I have to pay a fee to turn my power back on it's all about greed
