Price increase has gotten outrageous
Terrible customer service called to get power restored. Let them know i have toddlers and i need power, paid the bill and still telling me I have to wait 24 hrs. Who turns someone power off after you pay them!!!
I called customer service phone number. I was put on a Q with an estimated three(3) minute wait time. I waited for someone to respond for an hour and a half without anyone answering my call. Doesn't anyone hold this public monopoly accountable?
So usage in April 2025 at 839. Subtract an electric HW heater. Usage for April 2026 1599. No one at PPL can tell me how this is possible. Makes zero sense.
I wish I could give them negative stars. PPL sucks so bad. No consideration or options for people who have been affected by the shutdown.
