Worst customer service ever didn't understand hardly a word they were saying and they didn't understand me what is PP&L thinking have they sold out our power company to foreigners
So I tried to let PP&L know that an uprooted tree is laying on their live wires along Park Road 2/10ths of a mile west of Fisher Road, Monroe Township Snyder County. Major Language and telecommunications problems with the phone representative who is apparently working a phone bank halfway around the World. If PPL used US Based workers communication wouldn't be a problem.
Called to question my 1,000 bill this month. Been on hold for an hour and still did not get to speak to anyone. Am I providing electricity to the whole town.
power’s been out for over 12 hours, outage map looks like everyone else on my street should have their power back. calling the number gets you a robot that tells me the same information i already knew yesterday instead of getting through to an actual person. if the power seriously doesn’t come back until 11pm (30 hours) over some tree branches then i hope ppl is planning on helping me cover the cost of all the food in my freezer that im gonna have to throw away 🤷♀️
