Prices are outrageous
I’d give it a zero if I could!!!!! I really miss an electric company that doesn’t motivate people to knock on my door trying to sell me different electric companies?????!???!!!! I wanna go back home to Virginia. I CANNOT Understand the customer service!! Trying to talk to someone that barely speaks English is so frustrating for BOTH sides
Outrageous price just for the delivery charge. The delivery charge is more than what I actually used in electric for the month.
These prices are outrageous!! They own all the poles and push their own suppliers. This is a monopoly that needs to be stopped.
This company has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Don't bother asking to speak to a supervisor because apparently the agent has to file a report leaving you to wait 3 days before a supervisor considers calling you. No one will call you btw, they don't care.
