I’ve called three times to cancel my old service. We’re three Months out of that address and I’m STILL being billed. Called them and they said I’ve never called once. Told them again yesterday to cancel it. They said they will not cancel it.
Power has been out for 4 days and they didnt send anyone over to help. Very shitty customer service
