My electric bill has been $200-300 then all of a sudden it's magically $880!!!! There have been no changes in my usage in my home! They are insane. Now I'm trying to go to the website and it's shut down! And why do they magically assign a lot number and expect me to know the lot number when I purchase it and it doesn't say anything in my purchase agreement when I got the home this is a house not a trailer park.

How about ppl gets a better supplier and lowers the damn rates. Should be working to make things cheaper when everything is so damn expensive. Shouldn't have to be paying almost 400$ a month and with these electric heaters my feet are still freezing.

The new/new price increase its warmer in March and the usage triples. Winter 2025 come on lower prices our income hasn't increased/trying to get Christmas presents for my daughter could yall stop being so greedy.
