The new/new price increase its warmer in March and the usage triples. Winter 2025 come on lower prices our income hasn't increased/trying to get Christmas presents for my daughter could yall stop being so greedy.

We don’t use much electricity every month it’s the same so they came up with a scale I don’t even have washer or dryer and they say I use it so I already know the chart false

My elec goes on and off at least 15x a day. No exaggeration. So it takes out my internet and will eventually mess up my freezer and fridge. I tried going in person but entry was not permitted. I've called, wait forever. I tried return call, never did. They came once. Since i have solar panels, they wouldn'ttouch it. Meanwhile, when i did get through, they would say that no one is working in my area. They denied they flip those switches on and off. All day!!! But around the same time daily tells me it's a human. They don’t answer their phones. You can try and call them but you’ll be on hold for hours. For a company that’s so big, this is just sad

Worst customer service ever. Never answers the phone or follows through on callback request. Read the internet waiting for someone to answer the phone. Figured out how to breathe on mars while waiting for someone to answer the phone. Still not done reading the internet.
