They don’t answer their phones. You can try and call them but you’ll be on hold for hours. For a company that’s so big, this is just sad
Worst customer service ever. Never answers the phone or follows through on callback request. Read the internet waiting for someone to answer the phone. Figured out how to breathe on mars while waiting for someone to answer the phone. Still not done reading the internet.
The website is ridiculous! Every other day there is a problem with it!!! How can I log in and pay my bills? I work the same time that customer service is open so I can’t just call. Fix it!!!
Over an hour waiting on the phone, only to find out the person who answered can not help me ans had to transfer me to someone else. This is ridiculous.
