No power for a week. Can’t talk to a person.
PPL is failing their customer during a large storm related power outage, we are being told 4 day's before repairs are done and only offing a 10 bags of ice and some water REIMBURSEMENT CREDIT to a bill not yet received. People like me on very low fixed ssi can't afford this. When growing n this happens they would have a pickup location for dry ice n water to help get you through n not lose $1000.00 in food in your freezer. Every family is different with different sizes, needs and income. This just will not do PPL.
Unacceptable service – Quick to charge, slow to fix. I am extremely frustrated with PPL. My power went out yesterday in the East side of Lancaster City at 7:00 PM, and as of right now, it still hasn't been restored. Because of this prolonged outage, all of my groceries, food, and drinks are spoiling, which is a huge waste of money. On top of that, my family and I had a miserable night. Over 100 degrees 4th of July weekend and we are without power. According to automated messages we will be without power for FOUR DAYS IN A HEATWAVE. My Groceries that were just purchased are ruined, we cannot shower, and we have to stay in a hotel because of PPL’s failure to provide basic repair service or maintenance of county utilities.
My electric bill has been $200-300 then all of a sudden it's magically $880!!!! There have been no changes in my usage in my home! They are insane. Now I'm trying to go to the website and it's shut down! And why do they magically assign a lot number and expect me to know the lot number when I purchase it and it doesn't say anything in my purchase agreement when I got the home this is a house not a trailer park.
