worst customer service i experienced in usa in last 25 years of my living. no one comers on phone for 45 minutes. i called 2 times and still didn't talk to anyone
They don’t answer the phone after long wait times, the website doesn’t clarify how much I owe, account lists three different amounts I owe, on different dates and could not reach a representative for clarification on which is correct.
BY FAR the worst service provider in PA, probably the East Coast. As a customer, I deal with atrocious, apathetic customer service and lengthy power outages that I personally know do not take days to fix... As an electrician, I deal with the most brain dead, nooner or sooner lineman in the business. PPL, ,great job at being the worst!!!
I can't give these line men enough credit. Thank you so much for going above and beyond even through a storm to make sure we are ok. These guys are true heros in the community. Thank you for your prompt response!!
