A monopoly at its finest. No other competitors in my area, so of course the service at PPL is terrible. The customer service as you can imagine is even worse. The online portal never works. My bills show up in the mail half of the time. I generally have to spend a halfhour+ to call and get my confirmation number just to pay the bill over the phone. Absolutely embarrassing.
Would give 0 if U could. In last 14 months have been out of power for an extended time 10 times! Since we a very rural and live on a road with 8 homes, we ALWAYS have to wait until they service everyone else, even if they lost power after us. We have complained for years. They sent a tree trimming company thst was a complete joke. As soon as there's a storm with any kind of wind or slight amount of snow, we are in the dark for god only knows how long. My neighbors and I are soooo fed up.
