“I read the reviews on Google Maps before coming here and saw many complaints from drivers about how difficult it was to find the Shipping and DarkDoor. However, fortunately, the company took those reviews into account and fixed the issue. The entrance is now marked with a large picture, and finding DarkDoor has become much easier. Te recomiendo llegar justo a tiempo a tu cita, no vengas mucho antes porque no hay donde esperar con tu camioneta y tráiler de 53’. Pulsa el botón para llamar y allí te darán entrada, dirígete a la oficina entregas papeles y te asignan Dock (1). Luego apagas tu camioneta le entregas la llave al descargador y te vas a esperar la descarga en el área de espera. Fácil y rápido.
The sign says press 1 or 2 etc. only problem is there is no 1 or 2 to press whatsoever. So the call box rings and rings forever. Someone will pick up eventually and tell you that they can’t accept you early, despite what the prime guy said in his review. No overnight parking. No signs to show you where to go when you arrive. Multiple trucks all taking the one spot to back into in the morning. Bad instructions from these people. Seems like they don’t care.
