Very good customer service
I cannot locate an email address for this company, and I use a fair amount of Floetrol for my flow art. This product is normally fantastic, but batch ME 20 1 7 1 was like water and did not allow for easy mixing. When you buy it in bulk, shake the container to ensure there is a smooth feel to this product. Sorry but it misses out on 5 stars because of this one experience.
