Had units installed couple of years ago. Find out pipes were not insulated so fluids drained onto ceiling and black mold has since developed. Have been very patient and trying to work with them but they are IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Feel like we’re just a burden now to them. No one EVER answers the phone.
