Purchased headers for my Lexus ISF, they almost always pickup the phone for support of sales or technical questions which I really appreciate as of 2025-26. I believe they are more of a family owned business and all passionate about good quality mods. The Lexus sounds amazing with the headers and my Xforce exhaust. They use high quality engineering practices (jigs for exhausts etc) for designing and manufacturing their parts.
I don’t often leave reviews, but PPE has been nothing but great. Had delays with the product I purchased and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. Received broken gaskets and they were quick to send me a replacement no questions asked. Amazing company. 100% satisfaction

Best quality and customer service! I have had their parts on my ISF and FR-S and the hand crafted quality is second to none. On top of that, their customer service is unparalleled. Paul and Eric are great to deal with.
Beware of this company! They do not answer there phones! There product is not as advertised! They do not fit my Lexus after waiting 4 months. There product is not built for a 2021 Lexus LC500! For 4 months they have never answered there phones once!
