I would it recommend this store. I contact them 5 days ago to book a service for a pool issue. The woman that I spoke to took my details and said they would be in touch with me with an attendance date and time. I didn’t hear back so today I called back and she said they need photos of the pool before anyone can attend. No one bothered to tell me that earlier. If I could give 10 stars I would but 5 is all I have. Where do I start? We are selling our house this month and everytime I need a service on my pool or problems with the filter system I call Amy. Amy books an appointment for me either same day or the next day. Always makes time time help us put to ensure that the pool is looking in tip top shape.
