PPC Environmental Newtonwnards are one of the most efficient and effective pest control companies that I have encountered. Their customer care service was exceptional and reassuring. Perry maintained contact with me throughout the service and thankfully my mice infestation has been eliminated. I highly recommend this company if you are experiencing any rodent problems.
I contacted PPC to address a rat problem in my property and I am very disappointed: At the expense of almost £200 Parris merely set a few traps around my property, a task that could easily have been done by myself for a much smaller fee, especially considering the traps were entirely ineffective. He also promised to put down a steel plate under my sink to stop rodents entering the property, this was quickly forgotten by his next visit. Hopeless. Didn't even have the decency to respond to the two messages I left on their answer phone. I wonder what their service would be like if they were doing a job for you, when they can't even return their calls!!
