*Extremely* poor communication. It's very, very, hard to emphasis just how bad their communication is - both with clients and internally. I would highly recommend you find somewhere else to go.
Horrible customer service, microphone and reverse camera stopped working a few months after install. I removed the head unit to peep at the wiring, I sent pictures to the company and their response was ‘ As the head unit and wiring have been removed and tampered with, the original installation warranty is now void’ Want to charge me 200$ to come ‘inspect. The wiring is extremely dodgy and half assed, no heat shrink, rushed job. Microphone jack wasn’t pushed in properly which is why I had microphone issues. They also say sold... read more
