Customer care none, Response on phone abusive manner. Directed to email then told to re send what I had already sent once paying for the item no option of knowing where the installer is just told clayton for me too travel 2 and half hrs too. Very effiecient job done at a reasonable price. Don't know how other installers qouting over a $1000 are in business. If you want a fair price and a quality installation, these guys will sort you out. Best of all, they do it at your home (Bayside) and my front and back camera installaion took them just under an hour to complete.
Early this afternoon I had a new Kenwood head unit and reverse camera installed on my 2010 manual Subaru forester. From when initially contacted to installation was just over a week which I thought was an amazing turn around. My installer was kind and answered any questions I had. The system works great so far. Took him an hour and a half to install which was much faster than I thought it would be.
