I usually do write reviews but I feel that I need to. I meet Andika Powell on line. Our first meeting was in a Cafe because he explained due to covid he did not have office space (understandable, i guess). I paid him $150 dollars to speak to the irs on my behalf regarding my returns. That was in May. He still to this day have not gotten any info and handled business.
