Avoid this place! I’ve never encountered a mechanic who spoke as rudely as the one at PP Autos. He was incredibly dismissive, not even giving me a chance to explain why I was there. Without knowing the issue, he bluntly told me there was a two-week waiting list and I needed to pay £65 upfront. When I arrived at 9:00, there were no other customers, and the garage had just opened, yet he couldn’t be bothered to ask what was wrong with my car.
