Great people. Had a great experience.
Pozitive Heating and Air Conditioning just sent John out to repair our furnace as it was not heating. He explained all that should be done without pressuring us and would do what we agreed was needed. They are a great company and John was very polite and friendly and took time to explain everything. We would certainly recommend them for all A/C and Heating needs.
Great job by Tony getting our AC up and running, he is quick to respond, great to work with and very cost effective. He does not up sell you on services and if he can keep the unit going, as is my case, he will. Once again great job and I am Pozitive I will use them again. Fast forward to 2018, Tony and team have installed a new AC and furnace over the past few years and all is good.
I am not one to write reviews, but the service, timeliness and professionalism that this company displayed will make me a life long customer & advocate. Tony, owner, was great to work with, and came to ensure that his team was on the right path to diagnose the issues first hand. John and David were super as well. From start to finish they were spot on. I appreciate their ability to get the parts and the units quickly and get my family cooling in very hot and humid conditions. Thanks again guys!
Have used pozitive hvac since moving to Plainfield six years ago. The owner has an unbelievable knowledge of heating and cooling systems. My ac went out and they came same day. Two working days later installed a new furnace ( furnace had previous problems) and ac unit. Competitively priced, excellent workmanship, friendly good down to earth people you can trust.
