Extremely disappointed at the lack of courtesy and professionalism. I had an urgent plumbing issue in my home, left a voicemail with all information requested and no call back. I understand things can get busy but have the decency to call back and let me know.
There is nothing like a small-town business. Pozarski plumbing, helped me figure out my issue with my hotwater heater, assisted me over the phone, and even stopped out on a Saturday to get our hot water back!!!!
He came late at night and repaired my furnace for a very affordable price.
Very helpful, showed up when they said they would, explained what they were doing. I would definitely recommend there experience for anyone.
