I bought a new house from Poythress - not a mistake that I would repeat.
Everything was extraordinary during our build. Kevin and Nolan are great to work with and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Every detail was looked after and the finished product was amazing. We are looking forward to building again with PCC in the future.
I will not be a repeat customer. I bought a new home from Poythress and the deck was not built to code. The deck was not on the plans for the home or permitted and was not inspected by the town of Cary. I had to tear it down and rebuild. Kevin Poythress insists that he only spent $2000 building this deck. This was about ten percent of the actual costs to rebuild. If you have a home built by them with a deck you may want to get it inspected and make sure it was permitted.
