I've been working with Jay Poydence and his time since starting my business over 13 years ago and have always found them to be fair, responsive and professional.
Jay and the team were patient and professional assisting me with a confusing tax matter. I appreciate their help and expertise.
I don't know exactly what happened with the previous reviewer, but I worked for Jay Poydence and he is the most professional CPA I know. I am a CPA as well. He treats his clients with respect and is very competent. I filed and reviewed hundreds of tax returns with him and we never missed a filing. I'm going to guess the other reviewer didn't get a document to Jay that was required to file his return. I'm sure Jay would have asked for it.
These crooks took my tax documents and never filed them costing me $8000.
