Contacted 3 times, never heard back after first call with the sales lady, we got another company to take care of our cafe sign in Tiverton within a week or two. Ironically, within discussions of frustrations, the sales person we dealt with on our project is currently being sued by these guys as well just like Ryan below mentioned, and apparently he's not the only one!! We had a great experience with Poyant Signs from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and really paid attention to the details of our project. The quality of the sign exceeded our expectations, and the installation was smooth and on schedule. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company that delivers both great service and great results.
GCd some work with these guys few times. Some installers have been fine, recently much worse for whatever reason. Asked whats going on as of late ,and our friend is no longer there. So many negative things were mentioned, which is sad for a small local business to treat people the way we've heard. Don't cross them or you'll get Fired or Sued. Sad to hear unfortunately.
They were very professional. Our sign is awesome now. Very bright and clear for everyone to see. Great job!
