Crazy the lack of communication. Allowed for contracts to be changed cutting out the initial sales guy. Joke of a company. Do your research
This company has been awful so far, and we have not even gotten the permits. First off, they take forever to get anything done. Second, they couldn't source the original panels in the contract. They sent us an email saying that they were giving us a free upgrade since they couldn't source the original panels. Their exact text was "Due to a supply shortage, the Hanwha Qcell Qtron 430W panels originally listed in your design are currently unavailable. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! They installed my solar in the shade of a tree and my electric bill hasn’t gone down a nickel since I paid them 30K. They’ve been avoiding and delaying fixing this problem for months. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, they don’t respond. AVOID THIS FIRM!!!!!
So i would never ever deal with this Company again! I will never ever recommend this Company!! I made a contract with them. I paid $17444.83 prior to my installment. They took it upon themselves to cancel my contract and never even bother to inform me. I told the writer of the contract that i have 3 houses and travel constantly!! I went through a lot of emotional stress to get my contract reinstated. Even their payment system is difficult to use, resulting in extra charges on my account!!!
