Outstanding customer service and communication through the process. They seemed to anticipate my questions before I asked them in sending emails and the link so I can track my usage. My sales rep sent me any documentation I needed including drone and satellite views of my house during the process. The installer was neat and clean and explained everything he would need to do inside my house. I’m excited to see my savings while I’m helping the environment.
The installer arrived on time and worked like dogs all day. They completed the install by 6:00 pm. They did a tremendous job.
The project takes about 2 1/2 months from first payment to operation. Installation takes about 6 hours which included 3 roofers and 2 electricians. Most of the time is from township and PECO permit/inspection.
