Unexpectedly great. I was staying at Powel River with family and this gym was what I needed to accomplish my usual HIT routine.
I did a couple of Drop ins while staying in Lund. Eddie is super helpful and an amazing coach. The community is very welcoming and it was a fun time, especially the Saturday team workouts. I’ll definitely stop by again, when I’m in town.
Dropped in while in town and what a great time. Really well laid out space, loads of equipment and great people. Thanks for having me and I will be back!
