My daughter's knee was bothering her immensely! Her pediatrician referred us to Pappas OPT on ten rod rd and they were AMAZING! She didn't want to stop going but her knee is better and we have great exercises to do to keep the strength! Everyone we interacted with was kind and compassionate! The front desk staff was so accommodating with us when we needed to switch appointments even last minute! Would highly recommend!
I had a stoke a couple of years ago and have some balance issues... I race sailboats for a living and have been working with Tracey and Kristen to regain balance and strength. Going a couple days per week has increased my mobility and stamina-thankyou Pappas, NK. -El Chuck-O
What a fantastic group of people at Pappas.. the whole experience went as well as it possibly could for me, showing up after surgery due to a very bad break. They are very professional, knowledgeable and kind...highly recommend to anyone needing PT....thank you Sean and Kristin!!

I would recommend Pappas of north Kingston, to everyone I know. They are excellent. After 2 surgeries on my left shoulder. I asked to go here. , am very pleased with my progress and Sean. He has made my journey a pleasant experience. I am still in therapy and it’s going well. Thanks to Sean and his staff I’m doing well. I’d give him a a big shout and a rating of a 5 star plus rating!!!
