Kristen and Tracy were excellent in helping with my shoulder pain. The exercises they gave me helped to increase mobility in a short amount of time. Carol was helpful in scheduling me at the times that worked. A great group of positive people and many laughs! Thank you all!

I have been treated at this location several times and have always been highly satisfied with the results. Kristen is an expert in her field and conducts herself with the utmost integrity, patience, and compassion, never rushing treatment or pushing me past my comfort level. Carol is so helpful at the front desk. All staff, and interns too, are kind, courteous, and professional. If I have a future need for PT, this is definitely the place to which I will return. Completed my fourth Save the Bay swim on Saturday and actually did my best time! What is surprising is that I started this open water swim season in April with both rotator cuffs compromised by tears and a torn bicep tendon (right arm). Agressive physical therapy started at Pappas and swim training continued. Off to the Eco Challenge this coming weekend at Roger Wheeler. I cannot give Kristen, Tracy, Erin and Carol enough credit for their expertise and professionalism as they help me through this physical recovery.
