I wouldn't even be giving one star if I didn't have to in order to write a review. This place is absolutely disgusting and the new owners made it 10x worse. They hire druggies to work and manage that already currently reside in the park. The owners are out of las vegas. They got a HUGE grant to fix the park and haven't done anything really besides raise lot rent all the time.
