I had a question about one of Powis Parker's products, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. Julie not only took the time to understand my concerns, but also asked me to send in a test item so they could test the quality of the bind personally. Her effort and communication throughout the process exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Powis Parker for their outstanding customer service and quality products.
I WORKED THERE FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS THEY LIE CHEAT AND MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE ILLEGAL HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH BEING SUED BY MULTIPLE CURRENT EMPLOYEES. DO NOT USE THEM! AT ALL!
