Was given quote for spay and teeth cleaning but at no time was quoted what tooth extraction would be or that it may be necessary. Dog's on the table under anesthesia and they call me to get approval to extract 19 teeth at double the original quoted price. Manager later offers to 'see what he can do about cost'.... Comes back with an even higher quote for extraction even after offering to reduce the anesthesia cost. Helping Hands is the place to go!!!
we had a major issue but they did their best to resolve it. I am not sure i will return but understand that mistakes are made. They could have done nothing to change the outcome.
