Only recently joined this gym but felt compelled to write a review as I’ve had such good experience from the start! The gym has everything you need - variety of clean equipment, plenty of weights and a great new changing area for women. Cain is knowledgeable and really approachable. 100% the best gym in Wrexham. Lovely staff and the best atmosphere
Been training at Powerzone around 3 years now after training in commercial gyms on and off. Over the 3 years I have experienced massive improvements in all areas where possible with men’s and women’s changing rooms and also making the Gym bigger with more plans and extensions in the pipeline. Cain has put a lot of effort into getting more women into the Gym which can be seen with more ladies training and equipment to support this also. I started in March, really nervous. Cain and Ben put me ease immediately, they showed me around and are very knowledgeable and put me in touch with a PT (CJ O'Shea). With his help and guidance and the support and tools in the gym I have managed to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes. I will always be grateful and highly recommend!
Been a gym member my entire adult life apart from the last 6 years and been a member of most wrexham gyms over the years. After 6 years off i made the decision to get back into it. i was always a bit sceptical of powerzone due to the meathead reputation but things have changed! Really friendly gym with a good mix of old, young, male and female. The machines are superb, so much better than the big commercial gyms.
