Was assigned this contractor via the Home Depot Pro program to install a kitchen vent hood and provided the pictures as part of the request. After an on site visit, they mentioned that we needed to purchase the parts that did not come with a hood, which we ordered the same day. Once the parts came in, we contacted them again and they were unable to schedule us until a week out.
