Our apt. complex had a broken mailbox and have had no general mail service for about 5 months now. They keep blaming the post office without giving us any actual information as to why they can't get the locks on the new box. That's all it would take to restore service. Other than that, they are generally pretty helpful and communicative...hence the three stars despite this mail service nightmare.
They're great property management.I have have my apartment for just about two and have had no problems with getting something fixed or a call letting me know that something was taken care of around the apartment building.
