UPDATE: Still no mail service here...beyond ridiculous at this point. Our apt. complex had a broken mailbox and have had no general mail service for about 5 months now. They keep blaming the post office without giving us any actual information as to why they can't get the locks on the new box. That's all it would take to restore service. Other than that, they are generally pretty helpful and communicative...hence the three stars despite this mail service nightmare.
Our property management was switched over to them. Our rent was due on the 1st they didn't even switched over til the 3rd so alot of us ended paying into the old online portal. Took them forever to resolve the issue. Telling me I didn't follow directions. Frist of all if rent is due on the 1st of the month, why yall switched everything over on the 3rd.
