I’ve been a customer for several years but my recent experience was very disappointing. I was charged for a mowing that wasn’t completed, and instead of verifying the situation through prior messages (we had specifically texted about the fact that my lawn had not been mowed in two weeks), I was told I needed to provide proof my lawn hadn't been mowed before the invoice would be corrected.
