I am so thankful for Melissa and the team at Powerwasher Plus! I manage an HOA and they take care washing my units for me with no qualms. I recently hired them to handle the washing of my own home and could not be more pleased. They brought their own water (I don't have a spigot) and got the job done very quickly. Called for a quote and they were out the very next week to power wash the outside of our house. For residential quotes, they power wash the outside of your house including the garage doors and gutters for a very reasonable price (in my opinion). They were friendly and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. House siding looks brand new! Would definitely recommend and will use again.
This is the second year we had PowerWash Plus to our house. Last year they did a wonderful job. This year not so good. Dirty brown residue running down the siding about 2 days later. Really shows up because we have green siding. Power washed on Monday, called on Friday but message said to text them so I did. Said they would do a re-rinse which was great but never got back with me on when they were coming. If I could give zero stars I would. We had an appointment window of 9am-10 am. Our house had all the windows opened, so we arrived at 845 to shut them so that they would be able to power wash our house. Instead, they decided to power wash the house before our appointment time. Therefore getting water and chemicals alllll into our house!!!! The house was not clean at all either. I would highly NOT recommend this company. Had to call them back out because they didn't get the house rinsed. Sticky runny soap in streaks all over my front wall. My first interaction after I let them know was they replied the next day and wanted to know if the rain had washed it off. Sticky soap, yeah, no. So they finally came back out and rinsed it off.
