Near 10am on a friday and nearly 20 minutes, there is no answer. Sickening, switched to have the convenience of being close to home, but driving to selkirk is probably more convenient at this rate
I like the pharmacy as they have a waiting room area and bathroom for people waiting, but they need to update their hours of operation. They are no longer open on Saturdays but the website says they are.
Unprofessional. I just asked to see the doctor, no doctor today. I then asked the receptionist if they're taking new patients so I could make an appointment. She said "No." Then I asked how does one become a patient. She says, "I don't even know.."
Website needs to be updated with accurate information on hours of operation, or the answering service at the very least. Spending hours on the phone to try getting appointment only to find out the clinic isn't open.
