My go-to in Ashland now for oil changes, haven’t had to use them for any other work yet.
They missed a major oil leak and then found it and on the same day were willing to keep doing general maintenance work ($600) which I would not have done. Total cost of the work would be in the $4,000 range. I would not depend on them to find problems early and relay them in a timely manner. I am bringing it to a BMW shop as Powertune said that 'BMW have oil engine problems'. Tracey and Warren were paramount helping me with my Civic's brakes and general maintenance until it was time to upgrade.
