Would not even give 1 star but had to pick something. This company is horrible with coverages and payment for repairs. Getting authorization for repairs takes over a week. Payments take over 90 days. Vehicle cant be picked up until payment is received. Was told several times payment was mailed. Only to find out 2 weeks later it has not been processed. Still on hold 30 minutes later. Do not recommend purchasing a warranty with this company. Absolutely horrible!

I am very disappointed to say the least with this company. I ordered a simple shift for a project heavy farm truck not a toy. We installed the system as directed and found it throwing codes, on its system, saying my solenoid was bad. Customer service said "it's your transmission not our system". This was a freshly rebuilt trany with about 200 miles on it and no issues before the motor swap. I was skeptical that the transmission was the issue and asked if I could ship the system back, at my cost to make sure their system was ... read more
