Absolutely a nightmare bought tcm2800 and will never again purchase anything from this company i should have committed the ultimate sin and put a LS swap in my ford and i would have jad i known i would have if i only known i was going to have to buy my controller from pcs customer service sucks hard and would get negative stars if possible once you spend your money they are done with you id highly suggest buying from anyone else if at all possible you will regret buying from here what a huge waste of money and time

Would not even give 1 star but had to pick something. This company is horrible with coverages and payment for repairs. Getting authorization for repairs takes over a week. Payments take over 90 days. Vehicle cant be picked up until payment is received. Was told several times payment was mailed. Only to find out 2 weeks later it has not been processed. Still on hold 30 minutes later. Do not recommend purchasing a warranty with this company. Absolutely horrible!
