Based on my experience, I had a very disappointing experience. Communication became very difficult, and I did not receive responses after making the payment. The electrician mentioned that testing and additional work had been completed, but I personally did not observe any visible progress beyond what was already left by the previous electrician. We used powertek electrical for our house when our first electrician walked off and didn't finish the job... Powertek was professional, responsive and actually cared. I will 100% use them again. Bill & Larry were fantastic to work with.
