Edit- Luis has helped out so I will hold off ok the bad review. The product is good, no issues with quality. Original review- Some of the worst instructions known to mankind. What is this diagram… for ants!? I email in and the gentleman is not helpful at all (I won’t put his name on blast). So basically, you have to use their 3rd party assembly which is expensive - but definitely the going rate. The assembly company no calls and no shows. This is a pretty poor customer experience. I ordered an equipment through Amazon from Powertec. The delivery was more than a week late. I had to return the equipment before it got to me and they took $650 from me return. They basically stole money. I didn’t get the equipment and explained the situation through phone and email. First time and never again!
