I ordered an equipment through Amazon from Powertec. The delivery was more than a week late. I had to return the equipment before it got to me and they took $650 from me return. They basically stole money. I didn’t get the equipment and explained the situation through phone and email. First time and never again!
Evertime I go to this warehouse to pick up equipment for Discount fitness, I get bad customer service, employees give me bad attitude, they make me wait longer,they dont help me load,,had me leave the warehouse and come back because they are loading a big truck while I'm picking up 3 boxes
