I really enjoy the powertec FID workout bench. I even bought the accessory rack and 3 other accessories directly from Powertec. Initially my bench purchase was second hand. A part started to fail and I reached out for a replacement part. Jazzlyn helped me so much and got me the right part for $62. I love the equipment but the customer service was just as amazing.

I ordered an equipment through Amazon from Powertec. The delivery was more than a week late. I had to return the equipment before it got to me and they took $650 from me return. They basically stole money. I didn’t get the equipment and explained the situation through phone and email. First time and never again!
