Owner is incompetent, lacking knowledge about cars, and unprofessional. If you have an old car, they might be of some help. However, if it's a new one, it's better to save yourself the hassle. Racist, hysterical, and constantly makes threats (which sound like comedy coming from him). I strongly advise against dealing with them.
