This guy was rude and after 2 weeks he replaced a ICP sensor and ipr valve. After bitching to me about me buying a ford part from amazon, he replaced it with some Chinese crap with no name. I drove the truck for a month and it broke down on the highway and I ended up paying for towing. I pulled the ipr valve to do the leak test and came to find out it’s Chinese crap he put in, the o ring was broken. It was taken to a nearby Dodge Ram dealership with an astronomical price, non other than being taken advantage of to the full extent. I called Jim and Sue at Powerstroke really distressed and he was happy to help! Had the truck towed and he had it ready in just a two days! This is the type of customer service that you want and appreciate! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Thank you
