I have a 2013 Mercedes-Benz 350 Cabaret. My battery went dead after a doctors appointment. I called Theresa in a panic after I got the car jumped and she said they were very busy but if I could come right over they would put a new battery in and then I would be on my way. That’s exactly what happened and I am most grateful that she was able to take care of me immediately, even though they were booked for a whole week.
I took my 2014 E350 in for a transmission service due to a rough shifting issue. I love that I was able to talk over the repair options (clean and re-program vs replace) with the mechanic (An) and he agreed to try the the less costly one first and due to his persistence and expertise, it completely corrected the issue. Also, Teresa kept me informed with status updates and accurate estimates of the work. Trust me when I say I'm not easily impressed, but I was, and I will not be going anywhere else for work on my car!
