Communication was clear throughout the process, and they even gave helpful recommendations in real time. The staff were welcoming and respectful, creating a comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. This is the kind of service that builds trust — well done.
Horrible experience twice at Power Sports To. The first time was earlier this year when I was in the market for a white Yamaha R7. Staff advised me I would never find a white R7 anywhere. The second time was on July 30th, 2025 came to conduct service on my white R7 to quickly install tank grips. They agreed to take me then said sorry we're fully booked for next Tuesday. I had a disappointing experience with this motorcycle shop. The mechanic did a sloppy job—after removing the seat to perform their work, they didn’t secure the screws properly, and now the seat feels loose and unstable. I went back right away to let them know, and they told me the screws were stripped—though they were in good condition when I brought my TRIUMPH in.
