Bought a 2025 - MT09 from Michael today. I did my homework, made a call to him and attended the dealership and completed the deal in minutes. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had, No haggle no nonsense professional transaction! Can’t wait to pick up my new bike.
Called to book in for service, took my name and number and said they'd call me back in a few minutes, never did. Ended up booking elsewhere. Edit to reply: never got a voicemail so not sure if the wrong number was called, but also not the first time I’ve yet to hear back. Understand spring is busy time for motorcycle dealerships but communication is always appreciated. Anyways cheers.
