Scam, scam, big scammers. I ordered a rear box for my quad here, eeg 2nd hand. I paid the equivalent of €222.00 including shipping. She sent a screenshot of the shipping company and track and trace number via messenger. After 5 days I received a so-called email from this shipping company called "Moonlogisticservice" that I have to pay another €150 for so-called Stamps and customs form, which I would get back in cash upon delivery.?? This company took my money and ran. Once you send them the agreed amount, they keep asking for more money for something else.
This company took my husband's money and continues to do so with others. DO NOT SHOP HERE. REPORTED THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Complete crooks. You purchase a product and they do not give you the product or the money for it. Now my friend is out $200.00. Your company should be ashamed.
Charged me $100 for the part and shipping. Then proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay another $100 deposit to get the part shipped with American Cargoxpress. American Cargoxpress then told me I need to give them another $100 for customs. Complete shit show. I should have been smarted but now I'm out $200 with nothing to show for it. Don't deal with these crooks.
