The experience at Powersports has to be ranked among the worst I've had in my entire motorcycle riding days. There was one guy that seemed knowledgable while the other two people working had no clue how to run the register or to look stuff up. I get that they may be new but training people is a must. I went in for an oil change and to buy a backrest for the bike.
