We purchased a Honda snow blower from this store. The service was amazing even though we were purchasing an end of season demo. Adam was our salesperson but the day we were in town to make the final purchase was his day off. The Manager helped us with the final sale and Adam made arrangements for us to return with our trailer to pick up at a later date. I bought a 790 Duke from Power sports Canada. Totally amazing brand new bike great service especially Adam helped everything with the bike and Lewi helped me with all the paperworks very patient people and respectful. I never visited the store in person for anything. They did everything for me through calls and emails really happy with the bike and service even crated and shipped to me at the right time and it was all perfect thank you so much Power sports Canada and team amazing.
The first thing I liked was that they didn't jump all over me to sell something as soon as I walked in the door. Adam, Mike, et al were friendly and efficient. Adam loaded the bike for me, strapped 'er down good, and I shot the for a few minutes with Mike and Adam during the purchase process. Next, I bought a few accessories and there was no pressure whatsoever and they knocked a few bucks off also, which is always a good sign. Will definitely give them my business next time.
