I had a very disappointing experience with this dealer. My motorcycle (2024 Honda Africa Twin) wouldn’t start at the beginning of the season, so I had it towed in and told them it was under extended warranty until 2029. Instead of opening a warranty claim, they repeatedly tried to start the bike and killed the battery ($223 charge for that work), replaced it, checked the fuel system ($119.25), replaced spark plugs that had been checked less than 2,000 km ago at the 30,000km service ($513.46), and charged $318 to inspect supp... read more
My last service with this shop, and here is why. 1) When I booked the service I was never told the hours of the service dept that equipment needs to be picked up by 4:30, even though parts and sales is open till 6 2) Service manager was very inflexible with pick up time and was even hesitant to take a payment by phone. 3) Why was parts accommodating to me and put a copy of my parts invoice with my tool when I dropped off the tool for Service on a Thursday at 5:45?? Great experience with the shop staff, mainly Darren. There were time constraints for the 1st service/repairs i needed done and they were met with nothing but understanding. Drop-off/pick-up went extremely well and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you and see you folks again soon.
