I brought my Vulcan 900 in with a charging problem and had an excellent experience. Brad was helpful right from day one, giving clear guidance and advice with no pressure. The mechanics were honest and professional throughout. They quickly diagnosed a simple wiring grounding issue related to the connecting harness and stator, explained exactly what was wrong, and fixed it properly. Coming back after a full year to leave my proper review of this place. Unfortunately, due to some major issues in dealing with their service team & Ducati, I won't be able to go back again. -Initial sales was great as it is always.
