We misplaced our Seadoo key, called J&J and they said if we could bring it in asap they could probably get us our keys made today. Dropped off the ski and within 30-40 minutes we had 2 new keys made and they fixed the latch to our glove box. Pricing was also very fair. Very satisfied customer.
My experience at the Port Clinton location was more than I expected. Rick Raths was my salesman at J and J and he definitely helped me out purchasing my son’s Kawasaki 140R. He went way out of his way to make sure that I would get the bike before his birthday. I will definitely go back to Mr. Raths for my next purchase. Thanks again.
We went to J&J sales after a terrible experience at another Sea-Doo dealer, and the difference was night and day. The team at J&J is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely understands the products they’re selling, something we didn’t find elsewhere.
