Yes I would like to add my positive experience to those below - friendly, helpful and an excellent product (used on an old Triumph and it started and went like a train afterwards). Though why is it that (some) reviewers who clearly have either created the problem themselves or are just unpleasant in the first place (!) and being miserable people have written a couple of bad reviews.
