I do not leaving bad reviews as I like giving the business ample time and opportunity to fix mistakes. I reached out to every owner down the chain regarding these issues. I got a return phone call pretty quick and replacement shades were sent. The replacements were worse than the original shades. I love the look of the blinds. However we have had several service issues and most recently one of our blinds, a year old has completely failed. The blind fell completely off the roller and although still under warranty PowerShades has been unable to get a service tech out to look at and repair. It’s been 2 weeks. Our original dealer went out of business and powershades has been unable to respond. We should have gone with Hunter Douglas. They have dealers everywhere.

I’ve been a dealer for a little over a month and the product impresses me each time. They beat their delivery ETAs, pack orders extremely well, and their support and installation assistance videos made the installation and customer experience seamless.
