Martin started a job 4 weeks ago (was to be several weeks worth of work ) done two short days work 4.5 hrs and 5 hrs then left early claiming heatstroke ( 18 degrees) invoice sent for work done fully paid then has used every excuse under sun for not returning including wet weather , food poisoning, cleaning out shed, straight no show when it was already pre planned to be doing work every weekend .
